My name is Chris, but some call me Paco. I’ve been cooking, sometimes professionally, for 25 years. But I am relatively new to baking, especially when it comes to creating hand-made artisan breads. I experiment a little, but when I find something that works, I like to stay with it for a while before moving on. That said, I do like new things, so, from time to time you will see me trying something I haven’t done before.

The breads I make a generally consisting of four to five basic ingredients: flour, water, yeast, salt, and perhaps oil. Some recipes call for eggs, butter, milk, sugar, and other ingredients.

I love to bake, and I’m really glad I started when I did, because the results have been pretty good. Of course practice makes perfect, as is said.
